Refund policy
Lexum Wear has a strict no-return policy. Items once purchased cannot be returned.
Exchange is possible only if the customer receives a defective article or needs to change the size. In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via Instagram or WhatsApp.
For exchanges, the customer must ship the products back to us. Once the products are delivered, we will inspect their condition. Products must be in their original condition, and the tag must be intact.
The exchange order will be dispatched after the inspection process is complete. The customer will need to pay the delivery charges again, and the exchange process may take up to 2 weeks.
